Over 2,000 years ago, Jesus told a Roman governor named Pontius Pilate, “In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me,” to which Pilate retorted, “What is truth?” (John 18:37-38).
