They walk long distances, cross rivers, and brave sweltering heat. They traverse dirt paths by horseback, drive hours on bumpy roads, and navigate dangerous borders to deliver the hope of the Gospel. The perseverance of Leading The Way‘s brave field partners ensures that even the most isolated people can hear God’s Word in their own language through the Navigator.
Over 40 percent of the world’s population remains untouched by the Gospel.1 Multitudes of souls have yet to hear the Good News of Christ because of technological, linguistic, and regional barriers. The task of the Great Commission is far from complete, and Christ’s command to “go and make disciples of all nations” remains our urgent mandate (Matthew 28:19).
The challenge is even more staggering when you consider that 754 million adults worldwide are illiterate.2 They could not read the Bible even if one were placed in their hands. That’s why Leading The Way works through trusted local partners—people who understand the language, culture, and needs of their communities—to share the Truth in accessible, life-changing ways.
This outreach takes many forms: supporting the underground church, discipling new believers, ministering in dangerous territories, and using tools like our solar-powered “pocket missionary,” the Navigator. These devices—loaded with the New Testament and 150 of Dr. Michael A. Youssef’s solid Biblical teachings in dozens of languages—are one of many ways we’re reaching those who previously had no access to the redeeming message of Christ. And through your partnership, the Holy Spirit is transforming entire villages with the Word of God.
As we celebrate the 16th anniversary of the Navigator together, we must remember: The time is short. The opportunity is great. And the Gospel must go forth—until every nation, tribe, people, and tongue hears the Good News of Jesus Christ. Let us labor until that work is done.
YOUR IMPACT IN PAKISTAN

In Pakistan, where over 98 percent of the population follows Islam—and where Christians make up only a small, often persecuted minority—our discreetly designed Navigators are advancing the Gospel. These compact devices are easily concealed in hostile environments, comforting and encouraging underground believers in a land where the Gospel is fiercely opposed.
Your partnership is delivering the Gospel to the ends of the earth—impacting people like Ashiq.

Ashiq from Pakistan with his Navigator
After losing both his legs in a tragic accident, Ashiq fell into deep depression. Isolated and hopeless, he saw no way forward—until our trusted partners in Pakistan gave him a simple but powerful gift: a Navigator. Through that device, God’s Word began to speak into Ashiq’s darkness. Every time life felt overwhelming, he turned it on—and the Good News about the light of the world brought him peace, strength, and a renewed sense of hope.
What once seemed like the end of his story became a new beginning, grounded in the power of God’s Word. Rejoicing in the gift of eternal life through Christ, Ashiq shares, “The Navigator has been a lifeline for my soul.”
This is just one of many stories our teams hear about the impact of the Navigator around the world. Your partnership is making a difference in the eternal life of Ashiq and so many others—thank you.
